Removal (2.3L)
- Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE under FUEL SYSTEM. Remove upper intake manifold and throttle body assembly. See UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD & THROTTLE BODY under FUEL SYSTEM.
- Disconnect fuel supply and return lines. See PUSH-CONNECT FITTINGS under FUEL SYSTEM. Disconnect wiring harness from injectors. Remove fuel supply manifold bolts. Carefully disengage manifold and fuel injectors from engine. Remove manifold and injectors. See Figure.
