- Scan Tool connected.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Access FPM PID.

- Is the FPM PID off?

YES -- EEC system does not indicate a fault. If symptom is intermittent. GO to Pinpoint Test Step Z1 with the following data: FPA and FPM PIDs. Z1 - Intermittent Test Procedure

Otherwise, testing is complete. RETURN to Symptom Flowcharts to service any other symptoms. Testing and Inspection
