X20 - DTC 1474: Does Fan Run With Key on?

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 1474 indicates an LFC (FC for one speed fan applications) primary circuit failure.

Possible causes are:
- Open or shorted circuit.
- Damaged CCRM.
- Damaged PCM.

- Does the cooling fan always run with the key on?

YES -- GO to X23. X23 - Check FC/LFC Circuit Continuity

NO -- GO to X21. X21 - Check FC/LFC Circuit For Short to Ground
