Dealer-Owner Contact

Immediately contact any owner you know of whose name is not on the list. Give the owner a copy of the Owner Letter.

Regional Contact

Advise FCSD regional office if:

- An owner cannot be contacted
- An owner does not make a service date

Talk with your FCSD Parts and Service Zone Manager about recall concerns.

Claiming Using ACES II

Submit claims on DWE using Form 1863/6125-2. See ACESII Manual, Section 3, pages 54 and 55.
