Compression Check

AllData Editors Note - Ford does not provide a cranking pressure specification, only an acceptable range.

NOTE: Compression pressure should be checked at normal operating temperature with spark plugs removed and throttle plate wide open. Cylinder compression pressure is considered within specification if lowest reading cylinder is within 75 percent of highest reading.
