Programmable Memory Seat Switch Test

  1. Use a self-powered test light or an ohmmeter to test memory seat switch.
  2. With button 1 pressed, there should be continuity between terminals P/W and BR/LG, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  3. With button 2 pressed, there should be continuity between terminals P/W and BK/O, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  4. With SET button pressed, there should be continuity between terminals P/W and BR/O, see WIRING DIAGRAMS 
  5. To test LED light in SET button, ground terminal L/W, and connect terminal W/O to positive battery feed. Light should glow.
  6. If switch does not test as described, replace switch and wiring assembly.
