Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

- Perform WIPER SWITCH TEST. If switch is okay, go to next step. Replace switch if defective.
- Turn ignition off. Unplug wiper motor connectors. Turn ignition on. Set wiper switch for low speed operation. Check for battery voltage at Blue/White wire at harness connector. If battery voltage exists, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/White wire between wiper motor and wiper switch.
