Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

  1. Perform WIPER SWITCH TEST. If switch is okay, go to next step. Replace switch if defective.
  2. Turn ignition off. Unplug wiper motor connectors. Turn ignition on. Set wiper switch for low speed operation. Check for battery voltage at Blue/White wire at harness connector. If battery voltage exists, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/White wire between wiper motor and wiper switch.
