Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVE

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

2. Disconnect Throttle Position (TP) sensor from fuel charging wiring.

3. Remove two throttle position sensor retaining screws.

4. Remove throttle position sensor.

INSTALL

Reverse Removal procedure. Tighten retaining screws to 2.8-3.8 Nm (25-34 in lb).
