Test K: Remote Transmitter Functions Inoperative

  1. Perform programming procedure. See PROGRAMMING  . If remote transmitter still does not operate, replace transmitter batteries and go to next step. If remote transmitter operates after reprogramming, system is operating properly at this time.
  2. Perform programming procedure. See PROGRAMMING  . If remote transmitter still does not operate, replace remote transmitter, and go to next step. If remote transmitter operates after reprogramming, system is operating properly at this time.
  3. Perform programming procedure. See PROGRAMMING  . If remote transmitter still does not operate, replace keyless entry control module. If remote transmitter operates after reprogramming, system is operating properly at this time.
