Power Window Master Switch
- Use self-powered test light or ohmmeter to check switch continuity. With both switches in neutral position, continuity should exist between terminal No. 6 and terminals No. 1, 2, 3, and 4. See Fig 1 .
- Place both switches in up position, continuity should not exist between terminal No. 6 and terminals No. 1 and 3. Place both switches in down position, continuity should not exist between terminal No. 6 and terminals No. 2 and 4.
- With both switches in neutral position, continuity should not exist between terminal No. 5 and any other terminal. Place both switches in up position, continuity should exist between terminal No. 5 and terminals No. 1 and 3.
- Place both switches in down position, continuity should exist between terminal No. 5 and terminals No. 2 and 4. If any switch continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
