Stoplight Switch Test
NOTE:
Perform this test when brake pedal does not disengage speed control system.
- Check for stoplight operation with maximum brake pedal pressure of 6 lbs. (2.7 kg). If stoplights operate correctly, go to next step. Repair stoplight circuit if necessary.
- Unplug 6-pin connector from amplifier. Measure voltage at terminal No. 6 (Red/Light Green wire) of amplifier harness connector while stepping on brake pedal. If battery voltage does not exist, repair stoplight circuit.
