Memory Seat Does Not Function Properly
- Turn ignition on. Press either SET or RECALL button. Note number of flashes on switch LED display. If display flashes only one time, go to next step. If display flashes more than one time, repair open or grounded seat position sensor signal circuit and/or open or grounded sensor power circuit.
- With ignition on, operate seat control switch to run seat motor. If motor runs for 0.8 second and then stops, repair open or grounded seat position sensor signal circuit and/or open or grounded sensor power circuit. If motor runs longer than 0.8 second, check motor in question for faults.
