One Headlight Door Inoperative

Disconnect inoperative headlight door motor electrical connector. Measure voltage between ground and headlight door motor electrical connector Red/Green wire. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not greater than 10 volts, repair open circuit in Red/Green wire.
Disconnect inoperative headlight door motor electrical connector. Turn headlights on. Measure voltage between ground and headlight door motor electrical connector Orange/Black wire. Less than one volt should be present. Measure voltage between ground and headlight door motor electrical connector Red wire. Greater than 10 volts should be present. If voltages are to specification, go to next step. If voltages are not to specification, repair wiring.
Turn headlights off. Measure voltage between ground and headlight door motor electrical connector Orange/Black wire. Greater than 10 volts should be present. Measure voltage between ground and headlight door motor electrical connector Red wire. Less than one volt should be present. If voltages are to specification, go to next step. If voltages are not to specification, repair wiring.
Turn ignition off. Disconnect headlight door motor electrical connector. Measure resistance between Black wire and ground. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace headlight door motor. If resistance is not less than 5 ohms, repair Black wire.
