Master Switch

NOTE:
In wiring diagram, master switch connectors are labeled as C501 and C509. In master switch test, connector C501 is referred to as connector C2, and connector C509 is referred to as connector C1. Identification has been changed for test references only.
Remove master switch from vehicle. Measure resistance between specified terminals while operating switch. See MASTER SWITCH TESTING TABLE. See Fig 1. Replace switch if resistance between specified terminals is greater than 5 ohms. DO NOT check resistance between terminals not specified.
