Module, Keyless Entry Remote

^ The remote keyless entry module is located behind the LH luggage compartment trim panel.
^ It contains a radio receiver that receives a signal from the keyless entry remote transmitter through the remote keyless entry module antenna.
^ It sends the appropriate command to the power door locks, the horn relay, the park lamps, and the anti-theft warning system if equipped.
^ The remote keyless entry module is equipped with battery backup which holds the programmed code in memory when the vehicle battery is disconnected.
