Ignition Cable: Testing and Inspection

Wipe the ignition cables with a clean, damp cloth prior to inspection. Without removing the ignition cables from the spark plugs or ignition coils, inspect the ignition wires for visible damage such as cuts, pinches, cracks or torn boots. If necessary, replace ignition cables.
