  1. Check Left Headlight  - Turn headlight switch to ON position. Set dimmer switch to LOW BEAM position. Check left headlight. If left low beam is off, go to step 3). If left low beam is on, go to next step.
  2. Check Right Headlight  - Turn headlight switch to ON position. Set dimmer switch to LOW BEAM position. Check right headlight. If right low beam is off, go to step 5). If right low beam is on, replace LCM and retest system.
  3. Check Power Circuit  - Turn headlight switch to ON position. Disconnect left headlight connector. Measure voltage between ground and Dark Blue/White wire at left headlight wiring harness connector. If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair open or short to ground in circuit No. 160 (Dark Blue/White wire). Retest system.
  4. Check Ground Circuit  - Measure resistance between ground and Black wire at left headlight wiring harness connector. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace headlight bulb and retest system. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Black wire and retest system.
  5. Check Circuit No. 161 (Dark Green/Orange Wire)  - Turn headlight switch on. Disconnect right headlight connector. Measure voltage between ground and Dark Green/Orange wire at right headlight wiring harness connector. If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair open or short to ground in Dark Green/Orange wire. Retest system.
  6. Check Ground Circuit No. 57 (Black Wire)  - Measure resistance between ground and Black wire at right headlight wiring harness connector. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace headlight bulb and retest system. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Black wire and retest system.
