Front Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

- Test wiper/washer switch. See WIPER/WASHER SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTING. Replace switch as necessary. If switch is okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Set wiper switch for low speed operation (position 1). Measure voltage between ground and wiper motor harness connector terminal No. 4 (Blue/White wire). See Figure .
- If battery voltage is present, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage is not present, repair open in Blue/White wire between wiper motor and wiper switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
