Integrated Control Relay Module: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Raise vehicle.
2. Loosen screw securing electrical connector to constant control relay module and disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove upper screw retaining constant control relay module.
4. Lift constant control relay module up and rearward to pull corner of module out of retaining slot.

Installation






1. Position constant control relay module and install upper retaining screw.
Do not tighten screw at this time.
2. Tighten bolt to 2.1-2.9 Nm (19-26 inch lbs.).
3. Connect electrical connector to constant control relay module and tighten bolt to 1.4-2.0 Nm (12-18 inch lbs.).
4. Lower vehicle.
