Check Off Switch Operation

Turn ignition off. Disconnect speed control servo/actuator connector C102 (located next to brake master cylinder). While pressing OFF switch and rotating steering wheel from stop to stop, check resistance between speed control servo/actuator connector C102 terminals No. 5 and 6. See Figure . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace speed control servo/actuator and perform SELF-DIAGNOSTIC TEST under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If resistance is 5 ohms or more, replace speed control switch and perform SELF-DIAGNOSTIC TEST under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
