Radiator Assembly: Radiator: Removal

All Vehicles 

Disconnect the fan resistor electrical connector.

Disconnect the cooling fan electrical connectors.

Disconnect the ground cable.

Vehicles With Air Conditioning 

Disconnect the air conditioning (A/C) electrical connector.

All Vehicles 

Disconnect the radiator upper hose.

Vehicles With Air Conditioning 

Disconnect the A/C low pressure switch electrical connector.

Unclip the cooling fan and fan resistor cables.

Vehicles Fitted With Automatic Transaxle 

Disconnect the transaxle upper cooling line.

All Vehicles 

Disconnect the radiator lower hose.

Vehicles Fitted With Automatic Transaxle 

Disconnect the transaxle lower cooling line.

Vehicles With Air Conditioning 

Secure the A/C condenser.

Remove the A/C condenser bolts. Remove the two bolts.

All Vehicles 

Remove the radiator and cooling fan. Remove the four bolts. Remove the radiator.
