Radiator Assembly: Radiator: Removal
- Disconnect the battery ground cable.
- Raise vehicle and drain the cooling system.
- Disconnect the fan resistor electrical connector.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Disconnect the cooling fan electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the ground cable.
- Disconnect the air conditioning (A/C) electrical connector.
- Disconnect the radiator upper hose.
- Disconnect the A/C low pressure switch electrical connector.
- Disconnect the radiator overflow hose.
- Unclip the cooling fan and fan resistor cables.
- Disconnect the transaxle upper cooling line.
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Disconnect the radiator lower hose.
- Disconnect the transaxle lower cooling line.
- Unclip the transaxle oil cooler line from the bracket.
- Secure the A/C condenser.
- Remove the A/C condenser bolts. Remove the two bolts.
- Position a jack to support the radiator and cooling fan.
- Remove the radiator lower support brackets.
- Remove the radiator and cooling fan. Remove the four bolts. Remove the radiator.
