Remote Transmitter

NOTE:
Once programming mode has been entered and transmitter button is pressed for the first time, all previously stored transmitter codes will be erased. All transmitters to be used with this system must be programmed at the same time (maximum of 4 transmitters). Ensure battery is fully charged before proceeding with programming procedures.
- Close all doors and fasten seat belt. Unlock vehicle using key. Turn ignition on. Wait until anti-theft indicator illuminates. Turn ignition off. While anti-theft indicator is illuminated, remove key from switch. Point remote control transmitter to infrared receiver, positioned on either front door.
- Press and hold any button on remote transmitter. Wait until anti-theft indicator flashes 5 times. While holding first button on remote transmitter, press another button on remote transmitter 3 times. Release both buttons on remote transmitter.
- To program additional remote transmitters, repeat steps 1 and 2. To exit mode, turn ignition on and off. If no remote transmitter signal is received by the module for 20 seconds, system will automatically exit mode. Test all programmed remote transmitters, by locking and unlocking vehicle with each remote transmitter.
