Door Alignment

    Front and Rear Door 

  1. Loosen the door latch striker bolts.

    2. Front Door Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment 

  2. Loosen the front door hinge-to-door bolts.
  3. Adjust the front door.
  4. Tighten the front door hinge-to-door bolts.
    • Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)

    5. Front Door Fore and Aft Adjustment 

  5. Remove the fender splash shield. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
  6. Remove the fender insulator panel.
  7. Loosen the door hinge-to-body bolts.
  8. Adjust the front door.
  9. Tighten the front door hinge-to-body bolts.
    • Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)

    10. Rear Door Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment 

  10. Loosen the rear door hinge-to-door bolts.
  11. Adjust the rear door.
  12. Tighten the rear door hinge-to-door bolts.
    • Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)

    13. Rear Door Fore and Aft Adjustment 

  13. Loosen the rear door hinge-to-body bolts.
  14. Adjust the rear door.
  15. Tighten the rear door hinge-to-body bolts.
    • Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)

    16. Front and Rear Door 

  16. Tighten the door latch striker bolts.
    • Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft)
