Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. On vehicles with dual batteries, see DUAL BATTERIES  under MISCELLANEOUS. Remove air cleaner assembly. Loosen PCM harness connector retaining bolt and disconnect PCM electrical connector. Remove 2 PCM mounting nuts. Remove PCM cover and PCM. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten PCM mounting nuts and PCM harness connector bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
