External Controls: Notes

The transaxle external controls system consists of the following components:
- Shift cable and bracket
- Park range switch (part of the gearshift lever)
- Shift lock actuator
- Gearshift lever
The gearshift lever controls the transaxle gear selection through the shift cable. The cable detent and gearshift lever locking position is controlled by the gearshift knob.
