Restraints Control Module (RCM): Removal

- Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . RCM is located on center tunnel under utility tray. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING SYSTEM under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
- Unscrew 2 retainers and remove utility tray (cup holder). Slide RCM connector locking clip and disengage. See Figure . Disconnect RCM electrical connector. Remove RCM mounting bolts and RCM.
