Intake Manifold Assembly: Disassembly

Remove the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor.

Remove the fuel injection supply manifold.
- Remove the four bolts.
- Remove the fuel injection supply manifold and injectors as an assembly.

Remove and discard the lower O-ring seal from each fuel injector.

Separate the upper and lower intake manifolds.
- Remove the bolts.
- Discard the intake manifold gasket.

Using a metal surface cleaner, clean and inspect the upper and lower manifold internal passengers and mating surfaces.
Allow the upper and lower intake manifolds to dry completely.
