Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

CAUTION: Make sure the Ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to working on the electronic engine controls.

2. Disconnect the wiring at the Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP sensor).
3. Remove the retaining bolt and the sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
