Diagnostic tests or repairs are not to be performed on Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS) system with seat installed in vehicle, if front seat is equipped with side air bags. Prior to diagnosis or repair of Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS) system on seat equipped with side air bag, remove appropriate front seat and ensure air bag simulator is installed at side air bag floor harness connector. See FRONT SEATS under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
