Pinpoint Test Pc: Data Link Diagnostics Test

PC1 DATA LINK DIAGNOSTICS TEST
- Key in ON position.
  Carry out the data link diagnostics test.
- Is system passed obtained?
- Yes : The test passed. RETURN to the Symptom Chart of the article for the module in question.
- No : If controller area network (CAN) circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST H .
  If international standards organization (ISO) 9141 communications network circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
  
  If universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART) based protocol (UBP) communications network circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
  
  If no response from the diagnostic tool, GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
  
  If the module in question is no response/not equipped, GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
