Component Testing Procedure

POWER WINDOW SWITCHES, REAR - COMPONENT TESTING

Circuit to test Connect self-powered test light or ohmmeter to terminals Move switch to these positions A good switch indicate
Up Switch Circuit Left  4 and 2 - C701 Up Closed circuit
5 and 6 - C701 Closed circuit
4 and 6 - C701 Open circuit
3 and 2 - C701 Open circuit
3 and 2 - C701 Rest Closed circuit
5 and 6 - C701 Closed circuit
4 and 2 - C701 Open circuit
4 and 6 - C701 Open circuit
Up Switch Circuit, Right  4 and 6 - C801 Up Closed circuit
5 and 2 - C801 Closed circuit
4 and 2 - C801 Open circuit
3 and 6 - C801 Open circuit
3 and 6 - C801 Rest Closed circuit
5 and 2 - C801 Closed circuit
4 and 2 - C801 Open circuit
4 and 6 - C801 Open circuit
Down Switch Circuit, Left  4 and 6 - C701 Down Closed circuit
3 and 2 - C701 Closed circuit
4 and 2 - C701 Open circuit
5 and 6 - C701 Open circuit
3 and 2 - C701 Rest Closed circuit
5 and 6 - C701 Closed circuit
4 and 2 - C701 Open circuit
4 and 6 - C701 Open circuit
Down Switch Circuit, Right  4 and 2 - C801 Down Closed circuit
3 and 6 - C801 Closed circuit
4 and 6 - C801 Open circuit
