Removal & Installation

- Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Remove fuel tank. See FUEL TANK .
- Disconnect pressure transducer harness connector on top rear corner of fuel tank. Remove any dirt from around fuel pump module flange area. Remove 6 fuel pump module retaining bolts. Remove fuel pump module. Remove and discard fuel pump module gasket. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
