Restraint system diagnostic tools are for service only. Remove diagnostic tools prior to operating vehicle. Failure to remove diagnostic tools could result in injury and possible violation of vehicle safety standards.
WARNING:
Side air bag systems must be deactivated before any diagnostics are performed. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article. Reactivate air bag system, after completing repair.
NOTE:
Some individual component testing is not available from manufacturer. Some component testing is included in SYSTEM TESTS. Repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX
