Removal and Installation

- Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the left rear luggage compartment trim panel.
- Remove the rear luggage compartment trim panel.
- Remove the navigation system module.
- Remove the 4 bolts.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
CAUTION:
Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.
NOTE:
Prior to removal of the navigation system module, it is necessary to remove the digital versatile disc (DVD) from the navigation system module and store in the customers case.
