New Generation Speed Control (NGSC) Servo: Removal

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly. Disconnect speed control servo/actuator electrical connector. Remove 2 speed control servo/actuator mounting bolts. Lift and remove speed control servo/actuator.
- Disconnect speed control cable from throttle body. Depress locking tab on speed control servo/actuator cap and rotate counterclockwise while lifting cap outward. Remove speed control cable slug from speed control servo/actuator pulley and remove speed control actuator cable from speed control servo/actuator pulley.
NOTE:
Opening throttle will remove speed control actuator cable tension during this step.
