Passive Anti-Theft System Module

Before replacing Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) module, it is necessary to upload module configuration to Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) tester, New Generation Star (NGS) or other compatible scan tool. For reprogramming assistance, see GENERAL PROCEDURES in ANTI-THEFT article. New PATS module must be programmed with this configuration information.
