2-4 Band: Disassembly

  1. Remove the servo retainer.
    1. Remove the servo piston snap ring.
    2. Remove the servo retainer.

    NOTE: Use a C-clamp to compress the servo band piston (7D022) before removing the servo piston clip.
  2. Remove the servo band piston.
    1. Remove the servo piston clip.
    2. Remove the servo band piston, spacer, servo piston stem, and servo piston spring (7D028).

  3. Remove the (A) orifice holder, (B) washer, (C) orifice check spring, and (D) orifice valve.

  4. Remove the 2-4 band.

  5. Secure the 2-4 band with a small piece of wire to keep the 2-4 band from stretching.
