Test 3: Intake/Exhaust Restriction: Purpose

This is a visual inspection to determine if an air intake or exhaust restriction is contributing to a hard start or no-start condition. If engine does start and an air intake or exhaust restriction exists, a large amount of Black/Blue smoke will be produced.
