Checking Fluid Level: ZX2

Ensure vehicle is level. Remove Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) from transaxle. See VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Wipe fluid from driven gear and housing. Remove "O" ring from housing. Insert VSS into transaxle. Remove VSS and check fluid level as indicated on VSS driven gear. See Fig 1 . Add fluid through VSS hole as necessary. See RECOMMENDED FLUIDS  . Install "O" ring, replace if necessary. Install VSS in transaxle and tighten bolt to 70-99 INCH lbs. (8-11 N.m).
