Glow Plug: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the valve cover.

WARNING: THE RED-STRIPED WIRING HARNESS CARRIES 115V DC. SEVERE ELECTRICAL SHOCK MAY BE RECEIVED. DO NOT PIERCE.







2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the intake manifold glow plug from the cylinder head.
3. Clean and inspect the intake manifold glow plug tip for damage.

INSTALLATION







1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
