Glow Plug Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. On vehicles equipped with dual batteries, refer to Battery.







2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor and position aside.







3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the glow plug module.







4. Remove the nuts and the glow plug module.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: On vehicles equipped with dual batteries, refer to Battery for battery reconnect procedure.
