Low/Reverse Clutch Piston Assembly: Assembly

Install the low reverse clutch piston seals.
- Coat the seals with Motorcraft MERCON® Multi-Purpose (ATF) Transmission Fluid XT-2-QDX or equivalent meeting Ford specification MERCON®.

Install the low reverse clutch piston.
- Align the tab on the low reverse clutch piston retainer between the tabs on the low reverse clutch piston.
