Pinpoint Test B: The Speed Control Is Inoperative - Unable To Enter Self-Test

B1 CHECK THE COMMUNICATIONS TO THE SPEED CONTROL MODULE
- Check the communication to the speed control module.
- Does the diagnostic tool communicate with the speed control actuator?
Yes

INSTALL a new speed control actuator. Refer to SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR . CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.
