Restraints Control Module (RCM): Notes

WARNING: Improper air bag system operation is possible. Personal injury may result. RCM orientation is critical for proper air bag system operation. If RCM mounting and bracket have been damaged, RCM must be replaced even if air bags have not deployed. Replace or repair any other damaged air bag system components or wiring that are adjacent to RCM.
CAUTION: Exposure to static electricity can damage RCM internal components. Damage to RCM may result. Ensure RCM is protected from static electrical charges.
