Fuel Pump Module: Installation

Clean fuel pump module mounting flange, fuel tank mounting surface and gasket surface. Install NEW gasket on fuel pump module mounting flange. Install fuel pump module. Ensure fuel pump module locking tabs are fully seated to outside edge of fuel tank. Install fuel pump module cover retainer ring. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Use NEW fuel line clip. Start engine and check for leaks.
