Removal & Installation

NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis refer to numbers in illustration.

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove right side instrument panel trim and kick panel. See Fig 1. Remove glovebox and footwell trim panel. See Fig 2 and Fig 3 . Remove Central Security Module (CSM) retaining nuts (1). See Fig 4. Remove CSM and bracket (2) and position aside. Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) electrical connectors and remove PCM. To install, reverse removal procedure.
