Accessing System Readiness Tests

To access SRT using scan tool, perform the following:

Turn ignition off.
Perform necessary vehicle preparation and visual inspections.
Turn ignition on or start engine.
Select vehicle and engine selection menu (optional).
Select NEW VEHICLE YEAR & MODEL (optional).
Select year, engine, model and any additional information requested by scan tool.
Follow operating instructions from scan tool menu.
Select DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTIONS.
NOTE: If all tests are not complete, SRT will automatically be displayed along with the following message: "NOT ALL SUPPORTED ON BOARD SYSTEM READINESS TESTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED".
Press TEST button to display SRT.
Select ON-BOARD SYSTEM READINESS.
