Pinpoint Test A: No Communication With The Air Suspension Module

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adaptor(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe Adaptor(s) may damage the connector.

A1 CHECK AIR SUSPENSION MODULE FOR VOLTAGE

Key in OFF position.
Disconnect: Air Suspension Module C2131a.
Key in ON position.

Measure the voltage between the air suspension module C2131a, harness side and ground as follows:

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes : GO to A2.

No : VERIFY the CJB fuse 4 (10A) and the BJB fuse 5 (10A) are OK. If OK, REPAIR the circuit. CLEAR the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). REPEAT the self-test.

A2 CHECK AIR SUSPENSION MODULE GROUND CIRCUITS FOR AN OPEN
- Measure the resistance between the air suspension module C2131a-6, circuit 676 (PK/OG), harness side and ground.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes : REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the communication network.

No : REPAIR the circuit. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.
