Test A: System Overcharges (More Than 15.5 Volts)

Turn ignition off. Disconnect generator 2-pin connector. Measure voltage between generator 2-pin connector terminal No. 2 (Blue wire) and ground. See Fig 1. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace generator. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open in Blue wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
