Normal Operation
Under normal operation, in low speed, voltage is supplied to cooling fan relay 2 through Yellow/Black wire. When the relay is energized, voltage is fed to the right cooling fan motor through Light Green/Yellow wire. The voltage is then fed from the right cooling fan motor, by Orange wire, to cooling fan relay 3. From cooling fan relay 3, the voltage is supplied to the circuit breaker through Light Green/Violet wire. From the circuit breaker, the voltage is sent to cooling fan relay 1 through Yellow/Red wire. From cooling fan relay 1, voltage is fed to the left cooling fan motor by Light Green/Violet wire. Ground is provided to the left cooling fan motor, from cooling fan relay 4 (energized) through Violet wire. Ground is provided to cooling fan relay 4 through Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
Under normal operation and in medium speed, voltage is supplied to cooling fan relay 2 through Yellow/Black wire and to cooling fan relay 1 through Light Blue wire. When the relays are energized, voltage is fed to the right cooling fan motor through Light Green/Yellow wire and to the left cooling fan motor through Light Green/Violet wire. Ground is provided to the right cooling fan motor from Black wire, through the cooling fan resistor, Orange/Light Green wire to cooling fan relay 5. From cooling fan relay 5, the ground is provided to cooling fan relay 3 through Orange/Black wire and then to the right cooling fan motor through Orange wire. Ground is provided to the right cooling fan motor from Black wire, through the cooling fan resistor, Orange/Light Green wire to cooling fan relay 4. From cooling fan relay 4, the ground is provided to the left cooling fan motor through Violet wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
Under normal operation and in high speed, voltage is supplied to cooling fan relay 2 through Yellow/Black wire and to cooling fan relay 1 through Light Blue wire. When the relays are energized, voltage is fed to the right cooling fan motor through Light Green/Yellow wire and to the left cooling fan motor through Light Green/Violet wire. Ground for the cooling fan motors is provided through Black wire to cooling fan relay 4 (left) and 5 (right). The left cooling fan motor ground is received from cooling fan relay 4 (energized) through Violet wire. The right cooling fan motor ground is received from cooling fan relay 5 (energized) through Orange/Black wire, cooling fan relay 3 (energized) and Orange wire.
